Discovery

Over the years we have learned the importance of taking the time to know and understand your business and your expectations for its performance. Plan

The devil is in the detail. The fundamental difference between our approach and the approach of many is the importance we put on planning. In order to optimize our relationship, you need more that an annual phone call at tax time. The planning is thorough and highly effective in identifying your immediate, and longer-term needs and gives us insight and direction in marshalling the appropriate resources you need, when you need them.

Execution

Once we have collaborated to develop the ideal service plan for you, executing the plan becomes considerably easier. Review

Every client is slightly different, but the principle driving Client Review is the same for every Alterra client. There are any number of potential review events during a typical year. They may be driven by Strategy (planning, significant events), Compliance (tax), and Performance (both business and personal). The nature, scope and number of these events will vary from client to client, but our service plan will be tailored to the specific needs of your company. Unlike many firms, we believe ongoing constructive communication extends beyond an annual review. In fact, we often reach out to clients when issues or opportunities arise that we believe require immediate attention.
